Our Mission

A Baton Rouge native, our esteemed coach discovered his love for baseball early on, quickly rising to the ranks of the Top 50 players in the nation by the age of 11. Renowned for his dominance in the box, his transition to coaching was fueled by a blend of success and creativity.

 

As a Hitting Coach with a keen focus on MLB dialect and predictive models, he has honed his skills in evaluating and enhancing on-field performance. His extensive experience includes guiding the Tampa Bay Rays' Florida Complex League team to impressive results, leading FCL South in runs, hits, XBH's, Total Bases, Slugging, OPS, & BABIP.

 

Before his time with the Tampa Bay Rays he suceeded in his role as Head Coach/Manager of the Valley Blue Sox in the NECBL Summer Collegiate league, his leadership led the team to excel offensively, leading the league in HR's and XBH's. Noteworthy contributions were also made during his time as a Volunteer Assistant at the University of New Orleans, finishing 2nd in OBP & Runs Scored and finished 3rd in conference hitting, RBI's, & BB's.

 

Prior to that he developed Launch Academy Baseball Training as a method to meet a need his community drastically needed in player development; his impact on player development was undeniable, evidenced by his role in the success of two future MLB draft picks and their significant performance improvements within the first two years of starting the LAB.

 

As a former collegiate player at the University of New Orleans, he earned a myriad of athletic accolades, reflecting his unwavering commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
